I hate these self-righteous poets who spout off nonsense like this. Who says what people are aiming to low? I think many people in the world are just to afraid of not living up to other's expectations. This doesnt mean thier not aiming high enough. These poets who say shit like this disgust me.
says a man who adores leaders who feel the same way as the poet.
My favorite is still "If there's a fork in the road, take it" - Yogi Bera. Though meant to be comical, there is a clear deeper meaning in it. Think of it like in the book Ender's Game. Ender has only two choices to kill the giant, and neither of them work, so he makes up his own option. You are never restricted to do what you want to do accomplish.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us."
